6、 Usage:

1. Moisture measurement:

2. Remove the instrument and sensor, and connect the sensor to the instrument.

3. Press the power button, and the display screen will show the number representing the grain category. After one second of planting, it will display 000, and the whole machine will enter the testing state

4. According to the measured sample grain category, refer to the table instructions on the instrument panel and set the measured grain category on the corresponding number. The method for setting the grain category number is:

Press and hold the variety button for 3 seconds, and hear a long beep. At the same time, the representative grain number will be displayed, which will cycle from 0 to 6. When the grain number to be tested is displayed, release the button and it will show 000. After entering the testing state, measurement can be carried out.
5. Unscrew the upper cover of the sensor and check if the positioning pin of the sensor cylinder is installed in the outer cylinder base of the sensor
If the positioning pin is not properly installed at the end of the sensing cylinder spring in the seat positioning hole, measurement cannot be carried out

It needs to be reinstalled.

6. Sampling standard: Fill the measuring sample evenly into the material cylinder with a spoon, shake it and scrape it flat. Close the cover, align it with the thread and screw it in evenly. When you hear a long beep, the number disappears and stops. Wait for new data to appear,
This data is the actual moisture value of the tested sample, which includes temperature compensation. There is no need to manually calculate temperature compensation. One sample shall be based on the second measurement data, and any other measurements shall be invalid.
7. Pour out the sample from the barrel and clean it thoroughly with the randomly provided tools for future use.
8. Temperature measurement:
(1) Press the temperature button once, and the display screen will show the current temperature value, such as 15 representing zero
Above 15 ℃, 015 represents minus 15 ℃
(2) After the temperature measurement is completed, press the temperature button again. The display screen will show 000. The instrument will enter the moisture testing state
(3) To change the temperature testing environment, the instrument needs to be equilibrated for a certain period of time. After the instrument is equilibrated with the temperature of the measured environment, measurements can be taken.
